Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaign finance plan for the 2022 cycle, including for the Congressman's victory fund.
- Oversee finance team including PAC and digital consultants, junior finance staff, and interns.
- Manage individual call time and events programs.
- Manage processes for new donor research/outreach and existing donor engagement.
- Manage tracking and maintenance of donor data and other finance metrics; ensure accurate FEC reporting.
- Regularly interface with official staff, consultants, the DCCC, and other campaign partners.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and staffing for fundraising activities.
- Other responsibilities depending on the needs of the campaign.
Qualifications (Required):
- Minimum of 1 full cycle of campaign finance experience on a House race or larger; experience managing candidate call time and planning high-dollar fundraising events.
- Proficiency with NGP (preferably NGP 8), ActBlue, and Google Drive.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance between competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of campaign finance law and FEC reporting requirements.
- Willingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekends.
- Commitment to holding the Democratic House Majority in 2022.
- Experience as a Finance Director on a House race or multiple cycles of experience in another finance role. Previous work with a House incumbent is a significant plus.
- Experience directly managing/staffing a principal.
- Experience hiring and managing staff and/or interns.
- Proficiency with Calltime.AI, WarChest, and/or ThruText.
- Working knowledge of PAC and digital fundraising.

The salary range for this position is $5,000-$6,500 per month, commensurate with experience. This position is full-time and will be based remotely through the remainder of the COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with CDC guidelines. Upon resumption of in-person campaign work, the position may be based in Washington, DC through 2021, and Scranton, PA beginning in 2022.
