Competitive mayoral campaign in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a full time Finance Director to start ASAP. You will be a part of the campaign's senior staff, reporting directly to the campaign manager.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop and execute campaign finance plan for the election cycle.
- Oversee junior finance staff and interns and work directly with consultants.
- Manage candidate call time and events.
- Manage processes for new donor research/outreach and existing donor engagement.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and staffing for fundraising activities.
- Other responsibilities depending on the needs of the campaign.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2 cycles of campaign finance experience
- Experience managing candidate call time and planning high-dollar fundraising events.
- Proficiency with NGP (preferably NGP 8), ActBlue and Excel.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance between competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.

Salary commensurate with experience and fundraising ability; $4500-$5000 a month.
