Scheduler

Zach Iscol is seeking a scheduler to join his team of top-notch talent. The position will offer competitive salary and benefits package. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires non-traditional hours including nights and weekends. This position is based in New York City, but staff will be teleworking to comply with the CDC Guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of the candidates schedule
· Assist in running weekly scheduling meetings
· Respond to requests for the candidates time
· Research and vetting of groups seeking to schedule a meeting
· Making travel arrangements and ensuring all details are known for each event.
· Assisting with additional needs such as data entry and general operations
Experience and Skills
· 1 cycle at least as campaign experience
· Extreme attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Willingness to work long and non-traditional hours to attend evening and weekend events and meet deadlines
Salary Range
· $3,000 to $4,000 per month, depending on experience
· Health care is available
