SUMMARY
Boston Mayoral race is currently seeking a Call Time Manager to work directly with the candidate. This person in this role will work closely with the Finance Director to execute a robust campaign fundraising plan in Boston.
Position Title: Call Time Manager
Job Location: Boston
*You will mostly be working remotely, but I expect once per week, you will be in the area for a check pick up or going to the P.O. Box etc.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
Personable and comfortable making phone calls
An ability to manage an intern team
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail, driven to have your call time lists *as close* to perfect as you can get them.
The willingness to go above and beyond to deliver tangible results
A positive attitude and sense of humor
Motivation to learn and grow in the political/campaign field
Responsibilities will include:
Working with Finance Director to create and execute a call time plan for each quarter
Determine a strategy for solicitation
Hiring and managing a large intern team
Regular reporting and communication with the Finance Director, Campaign Manager, and Finance Advisors about call time
Tracking and analyzing data to assess the performance of different lists and increasing the effectiveness of targeting prospects
Manage the thank you process
You will oversee the proper upkeep of the data within NGP. Our team is working to have someone help with managing data, so you will have support in this area.
Assisting in the execution of a grassroots fundraising mailers
Completing grassroots calls as assigned
Utilize a dialer system to ensure a highly efficient call time program
