How You'll Make an Impact
You will manage client projects to deliver exceptional service and results
You will be an integral leader on multiple campaign teams
You will be responsible for developing integrated campaigns that elevate non-traditional allies in target states and maintaining stakeholder relationships
You will provide valuable insights to clients, translating client goals and strategic objectives into actionable and measurable communications tactics, digital engagement, and/or stakeholder outreach
You will be a member of the management team where you will contribute to the firm's business development and professional growth

You are passionate about progressive causes including (but not limited to) energy and the environment, climate, public lands, health care, and social justice
You have five to seven years of relevant professional experience that reflects an increase in team management responsibilities and leadership capacity
You bring insights and expertise developed from experience working on an electoral campaign, for an elected representative on Capitol Hill, a federal or state-level executive administration, public affairs or digital strategy firm, advocacy organization, or related industry
Proven capacity to design, implement, and adapt state campaign plans that compliment a federal strategy
You possess a keen understanding of the evolving media landscape and you've built integrated campaign plans that include a mix of earned media, owned media, digital engagement and advertising
You demonstrate flexibility to accommodate change and thrive amid ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to direct and coordinate multiple activities, and multiple partner groups, in a collaborative way
Coalition or collaboration management experience, ideally including work with advocacy campaigns, grassroots organizing, media
Experience working with taxpayer advocacy groups, ranchers and landowners, sportsmen and women, tribes, and veterans, is a plus
You are kind, friendly, and don't take yourself too seriously
The Details
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 DOE
Health benefits
A $150 cell phone reimbursement
This may also be a contract position
Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, STG employees are working remotely. This position would be remote, and does not require you to be located in Washington, D.C.
