From electing historic changemakers like Reps. Ayanna Pressely, Lucy McBath, and Ritchie Torres, to defending critical Democrats in red turf like Rep. What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in digital ad operations for both clients and internal teams, keeping up to date with relevant news and trends.
- Participate in internal and external messaging and strategy meetings.
- Draft compelling copy to inspire action and drive donations.
- Provide guidance to graphic designer and client teams on effective creative.
- Compile analytics and reports for clients.
- Evaluate new technologies.
- Place and monitor media buys – and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Evaluate digital advertising performance – produce detailed reports on campaigns.
- Consistently use findings to inform best practices.
- 2+ years of digital advertising experience; background in digital advertising campaign management (Google Display Network, Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Spotify, etc.).
- Experience building, analyzing and optimizing programmatic campaigns
- Experience managing spend rates, bidding, and overall budgets across platforms.
- Experience running ad campaigns from knowing when to start those conversations, to budgeting to optimizing to knowing what to report to clients and how (could be in a different field, though)
- Experience drafting ad content, giving creative direction for static and video creative
- Experience drafting compelling ad copy
- HTML / CSS skills
- Adobe Suite expertise
- Experience writing in the voices of high-profile candidates or causes
- Selling clients on increasing digital advertising budgets
- Data Analytics: ability to run RCTs, add new targeting/audience tactics
- The salary range for a full-time Digital Advertiser is $55 - 66K.
