Compensation: $20-$23/hour

Crossroads Campaigns Solutions (CCS), a DC-based consulting firm is looking for Paid Canvassers to work on a critical State Assembly race in Prince William County. CCS is launching a canvass operation to persuade, educate, empower, and get our folks to the polls for the upcoming June 8th Democratic Primary in Virginia.
Canvass experience is a strong resume-builder and will help build the skills necessary for future political, community, or fundraising work.
Canvassers must be able to articulate issues/messaging and be able to successfully engage in dialogue with community members. Shifts are available seven days a week.
Responsibilities
Effectively communicate issues and campaign messaging one-on-one to voters
Understand and articulate the broader concepts related to the campaign
Completely and accurately record data
Follow COVID Social distancing guidelines-safety protocols
Qualities and Abilities Required
Be at least 16 years old
Canvassers must have excellent communication skills
Canvassers must be skilled at engaging community members in conversation
Canvassers must work well in a team and be flexible and adaptive to changing conditions
Canvassers must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time
Canvassers must be organized and clearly record canvass results
