Seeking for Bench Sales Recruiter and IT Recruiter with 2 to 3 Years of experience who can work on site in Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- Understanding the technical skills of consultants and acting as a bridge between vendors and bench consultants.
- Selling bench consultants by searching for and applying to qualifying positions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Scheduling interviews and negotiating rates with vendors.
- Documenting all daily activities and maintaining daily & weekly status lists of all activities using MS Excel.
- Building relationships with vendors and managing long-term professional relationships.
- Fetching the best requirements from job portals, prime vendors, and other networking sites.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and drafting emails.
- Processing candidates from initial contact through the entire interview/placement process, including interview scheduling and timely follow-up.
