PAC focused on Campaign Finance Reform is seeking a finance consultant to oversee fundraising operations. Successful applicants will assist with and manage fundraising operations.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Tasks:
-Write and implement fundraising plan
-Establish and achieve quarterly, monthly, and weekly fundraising goals
-Work with Executive Director to manage campaign cash flow
-Plan fundraising events
-Draft fundraising literature, i.e. mail, e-mails, invitations, etc.
-Manage and carry out fundraising calendar
-Supervise tracking system of contributions and deposits
-Ensure campaign is in compliance with Federal Elections Commission
-Other tasks as assigned
The individual should be motivated, a self-starter, detail oriented, and organized with experience in campaign fundraising. This position will report to the campaign manager/campaign coordinator.
Qualifications:
At least one cycle in finance is required
