Job title: Digital Communications Organizer
Working America, community affiliate of the AFL-CIO, is the fastest growing organization for working people in the country. With more than three million members, Working America recruits and mobilizes people who do not have a union on the job in support of working families' issues.
The Digital Communications Organizer is responsible for the development and implementation of online organizing programs that lead to offline organizing. This National Headquarters position will work on online and offline organizing campaigns targeting members and the general public to build communities of interest within Working America around specific employment sectors.
The position will help draft member communications, work with the program and member mobilization teams to identify and test methods to generate activism and build attachment among members to the organization.
