Philadelphia At-Large City Council Race Seeks Finance Director to Start Immediately

High-profile, at-large Philadelphia city council race is seeking a finance director to start immediately.  The finance director's duties will include but not be limited to

•       Creating and implementing finance plan
•       Overseeing candidate call time
•       Managing fundraising database
•       Prospecting donors
•       Setting up fundraising events
