Sierra Club Job: Campaign Analyst, Movement Building, Beyond Coal - Washington, DC

The Sierra Club is looking for a Campaign Analyst, Movement Building to advance the Beyond Coal Campaign's movement building goals across all relevant Campaign functions. using This nationwide grassroots effort to eliminate coal's contribution to global warming needs a data-driven individual who will use cutting-edge experimental research and analysis to develop targets and lists, monitor and measure persuasion, voter mobilization, and advocacy efforts. 
The ideal candidate will have an Advanced Degree (M.A., M.S.), or the equivalent combination of education and experience, with deep understanding of statistics and methods of social scientific measurement, causal inference, as well as knowledge and background in organizing, political or advocacy campaigns. The candidate must have experience with social-science experiments, field experiments, relevant statistical and methodological training, be self-motivated, and thrive in a matrixed environment.
