Grassroots Campaigns uses face-to-face outreach to rally average Americans behind issues like civil liberties, environmental protection, LGBT equality, poverty and social justice. Our firm partners with other political organizations to run their membership, fundraising and field organizing campaigns. From our early work with the DNC and MoveOn, to our more recent partnerships with the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center and Planned Parenthood, Grassroots Campaigns has become a prominent force for the progressive movement.
The National Recruitment Director ensures that we have the leadership staff needed to run more campaigns in new locations nationwide. Through developing and implementing the strategy to recruiting new staff, the National Recruitment Director has the ability to exponentially increase the impact that we can have on local and national politics. Depending on the time of year, the Recruitment Director will manage 3-25 staff, who will work both remotely and locally, to meet weekly, monthly and yearly growth goals. The National Recruitment Director will allow us to meet our organizational goals of 50+ field offices. The National Recruitment Director will join our Senior Leadership team and report to our Managing Director.
