Mid-Atlantic Democratic Congressman seeks calltime manager for Washington, DC finance office. Ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising over one cycle, with solid knowledge using NGP and conducting donor prospecting. Mature individuals with a positive attitude sought. Applicants must be detail-orientated, highly conscientious, and discreet.
Duties will include:
*Prepping callsheets and preparing candidate calltime each day member is in DC
*Staffing calltime sessions and sending out daily call report and notes to finance staff and consultants after each session ends
*Working with district staff to prepare callsheets for calltime when member is in district
*Researching and prospecting new donors from democratic donor lists
*Assisting in tracking attendees and staffing DC fundraisers
*Processing and mailing host thank you notes
