Position: U.S. Senate campaign in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time field operations staffer. This person will be a critical part of taking an already-in-place volunteer infrastructure and utilizing it for a variety of non-traditional field operations, with a team .
Regional Field Director Responsibilities Include:
- Meet strict weekly call time goals
- Build self-sustaining volunteer teams that can run regional events on their own when given resources by campaign
- Help organize and build for events in assigned turf when needed
- Other duties as needed
Ops Team Qualifications:
- At least one cycle of field experience
- Experience supervising staff or high level volunteers
- Familiarity with VoteBuilder
- Microsoft Excel and Google Docs proficiency is a plus
- Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a extremely fast-paced campaign environment
- Ability to work long hours, 7 days a week, including nights
- A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player, and an excellent leader
- Access to reliable transportation required
