Indiana incumbent Democrat seeks Field Organizers to implement an ambitious field operation.  Under the supervision of the Field Director, the Field Organizers will recruit volunteers, interns and fellows to accomplish field goals.

Field Organizer responsibilities: Recruit and train volunteers; identify supporters Meet weekly and long term organization building and voter contact goals Develop and maintain relationships with supporters Keep an up to date account of progress by reporting and entering data on time Field Organizer applicants must:- Possess strong outreach and personal skills Be a creative problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude Be willing to work long hours and weekends Have a valid driver's license and car   Compensation $2500 per month.  Paid benefits, and cellphone reimbursements all available if needed.   We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
