The Victory Institute continues to expand its LGBT leadership trainings and development programs across the globe. We are seeking a motivated, driven programs manager with a passion for achieving equality and human dignity by creating a diverse international network of LGBT leaders.

 

Globally, Victory trains international LGBT leaders, collaborates with political parties for greater inclusion of LGBT people, raises public awareness around democratic governance, and conducts research on LGBT political participation in countries outside of the United States. Victory has partnered with local and national organizations to train LGBT leaders in the Balkans, Colombia, and Peru, and we are working to expand our programming to additional countries.
