Finance Assistant for VA Senate Senate Race
Duties Responsibilities
· Support the Finance Director
· Work with finance team to update and maintain NGP fundraising database
· Execute donor research
· Prep for call time, create calls sheets, update donor giving history
· Assisting with all aspects of fundraising and other campaign events
· Assist with recruiting and directing volunteers and interns
· Other duties as needed
Finance Assistant Qualifications
· Previous finance/fundraising /campaign experience preferred
· Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
· Knowledge of NGP Software preferred
· A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience directing volunteers/interns
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Access to reliable transportation required
· A sense of humor
