A Baltimore Democratic mayoral campaign is seeking a deputy field director to start working immediately for the April 2016 Democratic mayoral primary.
The deputy field director will be responsible for:

-- The deputy field director will be responsible for:
- Helping train and supervise a team of field organizers.
- Assisting with the organization of door-to-door canvasses, phone banks, and other voter outreach efforts.
- Representing the campaign at community events.
- Coordinating and building campaign events.
- Serving as a point of contact between the campaign and community.
- Acting as a liaison between the campaign and local elected officials and democratic constituency groups.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least one campaign cycle working as a regional field director.
- Willingness to work odd and irregular hours.
- Access to a car, laptop, and cell phone.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a team.
- Experience in Democratic campaigns a PLUS.
- Commensurate with experience.
- Health insurance.
- Certain expenses reimbursed.
