Graphic Designer
Leading consulting firm is seeking a graphic designer to lead our in-house creative operations. Working with media planning and communications teams to produce image content for both organic and paid social media, display, and custom projects.
We are a data-driven agency that believes in testing everything and challenging our assumptions to determine the best strategy and tactics to achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and own the creation of all in-house image content for client projects.
· Work with strategy and communications teams to determine creative director of projects and execute design based on mission and brief.
· Produce a variety of image content for organic and paid social media and other digital campaigns.
· Play a key role in researching and proposing digital plans to new clients, conducting social and digital audits of existing online presences, and making key recommendations for optimization.
Required Qualifications:
· BA / BS Degree in graphic design, illustration, or related field
· 1-3 years graphic design experience preferably working for a political campaign, committee, or agency.
· Fluency in all usual design programs including Adobe Creative Suite, etc
· Experience with presentation design in Powerpoint and Keynote
· Knowledge of HTML (no coding expertise)
· Motivated, goal-oriented and able to excel is a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly and efficiently. Equal parts able to take and give artistic direction when called for.
