Progressive company in NYC area seeking to hire a coordinator for its marketing and social media program. We are looking for a motivated individual interested educating union members about member benefits.
Qualities required for this position include: strong verbal and written communication skills; background in public relations/marketing; and, work with issue campaigns and marketing to defined constituencies. Experience required in the most common graphics and presentation software, and customer outreach via email and social media. Past experience working with unions is a plus.
Starting salary will be commensurate with relevant experience, ranging from $39,00 to $45,000. The position will report directly to one of the company's partners.
