An exciting and energetic upstate Congressional race is looking for a qualified and eager Field Director to harness some incredible grassroots energy.
We have a large and diverse district so our campaign is looking for a creative and adaptable person to develop an engaging and productive field program.
Responsibility:
- Creating and executing a field plan
- Work with the campaign manager to create an effective universe
- Hiring and training all field staff
- Daily management of staff to ensure all goals are being hit
- Develop and maintain local relationships with groups such as committees, labor and activists
- Work within and manage the field budget
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 cycles of experience in field
- High level of knowledge of VAN
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to train and manage staff effectively
- Data and metrics driven
