Michelle Jones for Hall County seeking Field Director for Competitive Race.

Michelle Jones campaign for State House is looking to bring on a field director to help implement our field strategy. The district is 40% people of color, 30% Hispanic and 7% black. Ideal candidates will be bi lingual and comfortable working in the Hispanic community and in suburban areas.
The field director will gain battleground experience and develop or stengethen key skills nessecary to reaching core coalition constitutencies of the Democratic Party. Applicants should show a history of fighting for Democratic values and willing to put in the nessecary capacity to win.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and interpret relevant poltical and demographic information to implement field field plan
- Develop and train community leaders and volunteers on a rolling basis to attain field goals
- Preparing canvass packets and walk lists to support volunteers and canvassers
- Establish relationships with stakeholders and develop a plan to engage in voter registration tageting the Hispanic community
- Planning community phone banks and canvasses, among other community oriented events
Qualifications:
-Two cycles of campaign experience
-Southern region campaign experience preferrable
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Bilingual
