Top-tier Western Democratic Senate campaign is hiring a finance associate to support our fundraising effort and assist the finance team in day-to-day work and events.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with the following attributes:
- Organized with incredible attention to detail
- A self-starter who can work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both within the organization and with the public
- Experience with NGP and Microsoft Excel
The job duties will include:
- Assisting with call time preparation for multiple principals including candidate, finance chair and senior staff
- Building statewide fundraising events - including working with hosts and host committees, building attendance, tracking and executing follow-up
- Generating ideas to prospect new donors to expand campaign's fundraising reach
- Other duties as assigned
