CAMPAIGN MANAGER POSITION
State Representative Brady PiƱero Walkinshaw is running for Washington's 7th Congressional District to advance policies that reduce economic inequality, rebuild the social safety net, and promote environmental justice. We're seeking an experienced campaign manager with a proven commitment to progressive values to help lead our team to victory.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The campaign is looking for an experienced, organized, and enthusiastic campaign manager who can coordinate and oversee all aspects of the campaign. Those responsibilities include:
• Coordinate activities of candidate, campaign team, and consultants
• Oversee execution of campaign plan, and maintain accountability towards key goals
• Manage campaign staff and help maintain an efficient, accountable, and fun team culture
• Manage campaign budget
• Staff candidate during call time, events, and other crucial activities if needed
• Draft communication, endorsement, and outreach materials as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Campaign management experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and writing skills
• Experience overseeing polling, research, and paid media preferred
• Communications experience preferred
• Must be willing to work long hours, evenings, and weekends
• Strong familiarity with NGP & Votebuilder
• Demonstrated ability to build and motivate a team
• Strong ability to problem-solve and a creative approach to meeting goals
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to relocate to Seattle, Washington

COMPENSATION
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
