National Democratic direct mail firm is seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Production Manager to take on a wide range of responsibilities related to the creative production of our product. This individual will serve as the firm's traffic cop. You will need to know the status of every piece of mail in production.
If you fail, good Democrats could lose.
But no pressure.
Key responsibilities will include managing designer schedules, working with the operations team, and being the nexus between client services and production.
Qualifications:
- Assertiveness and confidence.
- Leadership and the ability to lead a team.
- At least 2 cycles of experience on campaigns or within a party committee or Democratic consulting firm.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities.
- Willingness to work afterhours to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the basics of direct mail.
- A hunger to perform for our clients and help them win.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits package is offered.
