Enthusiastic call time manager needed for PROGRESSIVE Congressional Candidate in Southern California.


Responsibilities:

Directs Candidate call time: sit with candidate during call time, log all activity in NGP software system, assure call sheet's are ready for call time, do all follow up to daily call time calls

Work with the campaign manager and fundraising consultant to execute the finance plan

- Develop call sheets and work with interns and volunteers to keep call sheets ready for scheduled call time

Work with manager and fundraising consultant on fundraising events, do turn out calls recruit volunteers to help at events

Prepares reports on fundraising progress for the Campaign Manager, Fundraising Consultant and Candidate.

Collects and maintains up-to-date and accurate database records for the campaign in the NGP database, including reports for all personal contacts between donors and campaign staff.


Qualifications:

Personal commitment to and enthusiasm for the candidate and the campaign.

On the ground campaign experience, fundraising experience preferred but not mandatory

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with donors, steering volunteers, staff, and the general public; ability to partner with others on donor cultivation and solicitation.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at various stages of completion; superior attention to detail with strong follow-through; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and report in daily and weekly on progress, weaknesses and any issues fundraising related to the Campaign Manager and Fundraising Consultant.

Confident and professional work style: ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as work collaboratively as a member of a team; ability to exercise good judgment in stressful circumstances; flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks as the responsibilities of the position evolve.

Proficiency in computer research, including the production of detailed reports; knowledge of NGP is a big plus. 

Commitment to the confidentiality of donor records.

Must live in Orange County, or be willing to relocate ASAP.

Has their own transportation.
