The Indiana Democratic Party is seeking passionate and experienced organizers who are looking for a challenge to broaden their skill-set. Organizers will work to apply a new coordinated campaign model which focuses on collaboration and leadership development. Regional Organizers will work in an environment that features a top-tiered Gubernatorial and U.S. Senate races. Regional Organizers will develop the grassroots organization necessary for the long-term success of the Indiana Democratic Party.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Reliable transportation, phone and computer
· One cycle (or the equivalent) of political organizing experience
· Passion for improving community and a strong desire to elect Democratic candidates
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
· Capability to work independently
· Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply
