Atlanta Mayoral campaigns seeks highly motivated and qualified Finance Assistants to work closely with the Finance Director and other finance staff to successfully implement the finance plan.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with call time
Call time follow up
Pledge calls
Managing interns
Organizing mailings
Writing email and mail solicitations
Organizing, building, supporting, and staffing events
Writing thank you notes and letters
Processing the daily mail
Donor research
Other duties as needed
Finance Assistant Qualifications:
Previous finance/fundraising experience, including internships, preferred
A detail oriented team player.
Must have a laptop and reliable transportation
Resident of or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
Salary is commensurate with experience.
