BerlinRosen, a leading national political consulting and strategic communications firm, is seeking a Digital Strategist to work in our growing digital practice. The Digital Strategist will help to expand our digital engagement practice, working with our advocacy, philanthropic, labor clients on social media and online strategy.
This position requires at least 4+ years of experience in the strategic digital space. The position is located in our New York City office. Excellent writing skills are a must.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Managing online campaigns from soup to nuts – strategy to implementation of websites, social media accounts and online advertising
- Project managing website developments and online ad-buys
- Developing and editing daily content for client social media and email campaigns
- Some management of staff and interns
Applicants should possess:
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives
- Familiarity and comfort with interdisciplinary work, where digital engagement is integrated with earned and traditional paid media
- Facility to work well with staff and clients that are less digitally-savvy
- Excellent skills with social media analytics and advertising platforms
- Experience working on and overseeing large online campaigns or project
- Proven ability to conceive, implement, and manage cutting edge online strategy, including acquisition and mobilization campaigns
- A sense of humor!
