The NY Hillary for America Team is looking for field organizers based in NYC, Westchester, and Buffalo to be on the front lines of organizing activities and voter outreach in their region.
The official job description is here. Additional experience/qualifications that would be helpful are:
- Volunteer recruitment and training experience. Candidates should have the ability to make sure that all volunteers are being utilized to their fullest extent while having a positive experience on the campaign.
- Experience running canvasses and/or phone banks for either electoral or advocacy campaigns
- Ability to meet and report on metrics as determined by the campaign
- Being self motivated, having exemplary communication skills, and generally playing well with others
- Speakers of other languages are a plus!
