Mothership Strategies is looking for Digital Strategists to join our growing email fundraising team in Washington, DC.
This past election cycle, Mothership raised over $50 million for some of the largest Democratic campaigns and progressive causes. We work collaboratively to create industry-leading tactics and engagement strategies for campaigns of all sizes. We're at the forefront of online advertising and played in the most talked about battleground states in the 2016 election. The tactics and techniques we honed this year are now being put to use for candidates and causes across the country. When progressive candidates and causes need to unite millions of supporters to raise money online, they call us.
Our Digital Strategists will:
- Oversee email programs for top Democratic causes and campaigns
- Write, load and send email blasts
- Create signup forms and donation pages
- Collaborate with team to compile analytics and improve quality conversion rates
- Perform other duties as needed
You're a great fit for this roll if you have:
- At least one cycle of political experience or something comparable
- The ability to work quickly and creatively under tight timelines and high pressure
- Keen attention to detail
- A "whatever it takes" attitude
- A commitment to pushing through night and weekend hours to hit big goals for their clients
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Some experience with graphic design helpful, but not necessary
