[jobsthatareLEFT] Policy, organizing and communications positions with Indivisble Project

When it says that preference is given to DC-based applicants, does that mean that you would consider candidates who would be based remotely (NYC, for example), or would you expect any candidate currently living outside the DC area to relocate if hired? Thanks in advance for clarifying!
