Highly competitive Northern Virginia House of Delegates race seeks experienced Field Director for management of comprehensive field infrastructure including:
- managing and training organizers, volunteers, and interns;
- drafting and implementing a comprehensive, data-driven field campaign;
- working with the campaign manager and consultants to plan and execute voter contact events and earned media opportunities;
- achieve and exceed voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals;
- build daily reports on achievements from persuasion through GOTV.
A qualified candidate is:
- very familiar with all aspects of VAN, with at least 2 cycles of field experience on democratic campaigns.
- detail-oriented and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
- self-starting and able to find work when none is specifically assigned.
- ready to be a part of a highly competitive and innovative campaign, where fresh ideas and going the extra mile are appreciated.
