A Democratic Campaign in the 6th Congressional District is seeking to expand it's Get Out the Vote (GOTV) team. The GOTV team members are responsible for working with organizers and volunteers to turn the 6th Congressional District blue. The GOTV team must be able to work and communicate with diverse communities. All applicants must be passionate about the Democratic Party and willing to work nontraditional hours, including nights and weekends.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Engage in Direct Voter Contact
Daily participation in office task and events
Manage volunteer efforts to get out the vote
Training volunteers
Event planning and participation
Desired skills and qualifications:
Live in or be willing to relocate to Metro Atlanta
Comfortable with technology**
Non-traditional hours**
Willingness to travel**
Great enthusiasm and positive attitude
Previous campaign experience encouraged
Time management and organization skills
Ability to train and instruct
Experience in setting and achieving measurable targets, managing teams, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple priority projects and meet established timelines
Experience with NGPVAN/MiniVAN
