Friends & Colleagues,

Just after the elections, a group of friends came together to host a nonpartisan, free job fair for the 8,000+ civil servants who would be transitioning out of their roles in the Administration, campaigns, Congressional offices and across the government agencies.  In true grassroots fashion, we allowed only 2 weeks for registration and received over 1,100 registrants and over 75 socially conscious companies who were looking for candidates just like the architects of grassroots outreach strategies that energized an entire generation.

In response to an overwhelming feedback from companies and candidates alike for additional opportunities for engagement with purpose driven organizations, the New Leads for NextGen Leaders community has grown.  

On March 28th, New Leads will host a digital career fair as part of the official kickoff of The Creator Awards, a year-long initiative by WeWork that includes over $20M of available awards for individuals and organizations.

Today, those tech savvy young professionals who took the Obama Presidency into the digital age are looking to create impact and are most likely hanging out in a local WeWork around the corner.  Connect with them today!  All New Leads career fairs are free for both employers & job seekers alike.
