We seek a Senior Program Manager for our Racial Wealth Divide Project. Essential Functions/Duties

With the Director of Racial Wealth Divide Initiative, manage the implementation of specific Racial Wealth Divide projects including:

·         Managing stakeholder engagement by organizing interactive virtual learning experiences, in person site visits, monthly engagement teleconferences;

·         Monitoring project progress, updating project gannet charts to ensure activities are accomplished within designated timelines,

·         Managing progress evaluation and outcome monitoring systems;

·         Assisting in developing technical assistance strategies and tools that would strengthen organizations effectiveness through the projects we manage; and,

·         Using effective strategies to balance multiple projects and competing deadlines.

With Senior Racial Wealth Divide Fellow,

·         Conduct research to identify best practices and policies to address racial economic inequality;

·         Proactively work to clarify the racial equity project goals developed by CFED program areas and develop project management infrastructures to track progress program teams make towards racial equity goals, in collaboration with the Senior Racial Wealth Divide Fellow;

·         Facilitate learning opportunities to share lessons learned across the organization; and

·         Support the development of educational materials, framing and workshops on racial economic inequality.

·         Other duties as assigned.
