Job Description:

Provide administrative and financial support and assistance to executives and staff.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• file and retrieve documents and reference materials
• conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare financial reports and documents
• manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and travel plans
• monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
• answer and manage incoming calls
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
• coordinate project-based work

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience providing support at a high level
• proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite – confident with learning new computer programs (ex. contact management or project management programs)
• knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• financial analysis experience
