Florida State Representative is seeking qualified, motivated individual for constituent work in Miami District Office.
The District Aide will oversee office management and daily operations of the District Office, implement long-term strategic outreach and constituent services plans, and serve as a key liaison to local organizations and elected officials.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate significant coalition building and organizing experience, strong oral and written communications skills, self-motivation and familiarity with South Florida organizations.
Must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, work long hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Prior experience as a field representative or field organizer strongly preferred.
