Crossroads Campaigns (CCS) is a progressive political consulting firm working with diverse communities, organizations, and campaigns across the country. CCS is seeking an immediate addition to our team who can make an impactful contribution on Day 1.  We are looking for a staff member to serve in an Executive Assistant role and who can support the administrative needs of our team to ensure that we are providing the highest quality service to our clients.

Job Description:

The person in this position will primarily serve in an administrative role serving as an assistant to the firm's president. This includes:

  • Regular check-ins regarding scheduling, travel, calendar updates and office procedures

  • Prepare outgoing correspondence and calendar management/organization

  • Triaging client phone calls and e-mail

  • Coordinate and manage travel

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings both internally and externally

The staff member will work as an important member of the CCS team, contributing to many aspects of our work beyond administrative support. There is potential for advancement.

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to multi-task projects and prioritize

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations

  • Ability to respond well to constructive criticism and be self-reflective

  • Self-motivated


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a similar capacity (previous scheduling experience, a plus)

  • B.A. or higher preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours

  • Interest in and commitment to progressive politics
