A key, competitive campaign for Virginia House of Delegates seeks a highly motivated field organizer responsible for, but not limited to:
Building and maintaining relationships with local activists and community leaders
Recruiting, training and managing volunteers
Meeting voter contact goals as assigned by the Field Director
Planning and executing campaign events under the direction of the Field Director
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Superb written and oral communication skills
Dedication to the values and mission of the Democratic Party
Must be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work in fast-paced, goals-driven environment
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to use office software like Excel, Word, Google Sheets
Prior Votebuilder experience a plus
Applicants should have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Pay is commensurate with experience. Health insurance provided.
