Statewide race for cabinet-level position in Florida seeks campaign manager. Ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, a strong background in finance and fundraising, experience managing staff, knowledge of Florida politics and familiarity with NGP.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- working closely with treasurer to ensure campaign complies with FL statutes
- collaborating with and supporting event hosts to establish robust fundraising operation
- overseeing junior staff and internship program
- managing calltime and donor research
- drawing up media advisories and press releases
- expanding candidate's social media presence
- communicating with team of consultants
- traveling with and staffing candidate
Location: based in South Florida, extensive travel required
Compensation: commensurate with experience
Start-date: ASAP
