Progressive NYC based 2018 State Legislative campaign that the Daily Kos calls one of the most important in the country is looking for full and part-time Finance Associates to work directly with the candidate and campaign manager.
We're looking for someone who can start immediately and wants the chance to play a crucial role in unseating a Republican-aligned State Senator in one of the most exciting state races of 2018, and a race that really make a difference
Responsibilities include:
- Working directly with the candidate to manage fundraising calls
- Preparing call lists and conducting follow-up
- Maintaining an up-to-date fundraising tracker
- Researching new prospect donors
- Communicating with campaign donors
- Planning and assisting at fundraising events.
Prior fundraising experience is a big plus, but not necessary. We're looking for a reliable, confident self-starter with strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
