Progressive NYC based 2018 State Legislative campaign that the Daily Kos calls one of the most important in the country is looking for FINANCE DIRECTOR and FINANCE ASSOCIATES to work directly with the candidate and campaign manager.
We're looking for someone who can start immediately and wants the chance to play a crucial role in unseating a Republican-aligned State Senator in one of the most exciting state races of 2018. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference as well as gain experience and advance in this field.
Responsibilities include:
- Working directly with the candidate to manage fundraising calls
- Preparing call lists and conducting call follow-up
- Maintaining an up-to-date fundraising tracker
- Researching new prospect donors
- Communicating with campaign donors
- Planning and assisting at fundraising events.
- Support other campaign operations as necessary
We're looking for a reliable, confident self-starter with strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments who is willing to work hard and is good with people.
