A competitive Democratic Congressional Campaign in Southern California is seeking qualified Field Organizers to join our team.
Field Organizers Will:
Recruit, train and manage interns and volunteers
Engage in voter contact (Phone banking, Canvassing, Tabling)
Work to further develop our campaign's network
Execute our house party program
Report to the Field Director
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated commitment to progressive causes
Exceptionally well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communications skills
Strong knowledge of Google Drive
Must be a team player
Must have access to a reliable vehicle, driver's license, and possess the ability to relocate as needed
A working cell phone and laptop computer
Preferred Background & Qualifications:
Previous campaign experience
PDI/VAN Proficiency
Southern California ties
