Field Organizer Job Position: Sullivan for Colorado
Sullivan for Colorado seeks a qualified Field Organizer in the race for Colorado's House District 37. The position will be responsible for growing the field program within their assigned areas and building capacity in one of the most competitive state legislative races of 2018. The FO will also build and maintain relationships with activists in their area. The Field Organizer will report directly to the Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities:

Execute the campaign's field plan in conjunction with the Campaign Manager;

Knock on doors and make phone calls to both persuade voters and identify volunteers and supporters;

Recruit, train and manage Volunteers in and around House District 37;

Plan and manage phone banks and canvasses in conjunction with the Campaign Manager;
-
Report qualitative and quantitative data to the Campaign Manager;
-
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data entered into the database; and
Perform special projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated interest and commitment to helping Democratic candidates and causes win;

Exceptionally well-organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines;

Excellent written and verbal communications skills;

Knowledge of Google Drive, including proficiency with Excel;

Ability to work long, irregular hours in a fast-paced, metrics-driven team environment;

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
-
Must have access to a reliable vehicle, driver's license, a working cell phone, laptop and;
A team-oriented mindset and personality
Preferred Background & Qualifications:
Previous campaign experience;

Excel proficiency preferred

Votebuilder/VAN proficiency a plus
Compensation:
• $2,250-$2,700 a month, depending on experience, through Election Day 2018.
