- Experience in progressive politics, for at least 1-2 cycles depending on previous positions, with experience in the New York City suburbs preferred.
- Experience with VAN (required).
- A strong desire to work hard to flip the New York State Senate from red to blue.
- Strong interpersonal skills and poise under pressure.
- Experience in, or the ability to take on, a supervisory role.
