Sharon Guidi for Pennsylvania House 40 is seeking a Field Director, for immediate start through November 7, 2018. Sharon is running for State Representative in the 40th Legislative District, which includes all of Upper St. Clair and Peters Township, as well as most of Bethel Park. Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Campaign Manager to design and implement a field plan, hitting goals for doors knocked and phone calls
Recruit volunteers and build a cohesive team of supporters
Ensure data integrity on the campaign
Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: a significant amount of time will be spent door knocking. Applicants should be motivated to talk to voters
Qualifications:
Experience managing and training volunteers
Skilled in team-based organizing
Comfortable with managing from metrics and has an understanding of field data
Familiarity with campaign technology platforms including VAN
Attention to detail and strategic viewpoints
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
1 Cycle of field experience as an FO or higher position
Reliable access to a car
Salary: commensurate with experience
