This ballot measure is the product of a large coalition made up of art and culture organizations, non-profits, Cultural Centers, and Cultural Districts to restore Hotel Tax funding to SF arts and culture. - Developing and fostering relationships with volunteer base
- Ensuring that canvassers maintain accurate and reliable voter data
- Daily reporting and monitoring of metrics to Field Director (contact rates, flake rates, confirmation rates, shift rates, etc.)
- Communicating all important on-the-ground information to the Field Director and Campaign Manager
- Ability to work long, irregular campaign hours including some weekends
- Proficiency with VAN, L2, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable leading trainings for phone banks, text banks, and canvasses
- Strong canvassing and training skills
- Excellent recruiting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in (sometimes chaotic) team settings
- Previous campaign field experience in SF preferred
- Connections to the arts and culture community of SF would be a bonus
