The Freedom House Communications team is actively seeking applicants for the following two positions, recruiting on a rolling basis as the position needs to be filled immediately. Freedom House is an independent watchdog organization dedicated to the expansion of freedom and democracy around the world. Learn more about Freedom House at https://freedomhouse.org/
The Graphics & Communications Assistant position (listed first) starts at $17/hour for around 30 hours a week, and the schedule is fairly flexible. We require that candidates have at least one previous job or internship, and be able to meet the basic writing and Photoshop skills (resizing images, basic photo editing, working with multi-layer files) listed in the link above. The Freedom House office is based near Dupont Circle so it would also be an easy commute for anyone who lives in DC, Maryland or Northern Virginia.
